Circumcision to prevent HIV
Its official now! WHO urges circumcision as a method to prevent HIV spread. This is based on few clinical trials in african countries. So , for those out there who are still collecting smegma, its a double bonus for u to do it now. Now, could somebody tell the owner of this site to shut off.
